Rates
After School Club
Daily fees are £15.75 a session.
We do have a lower rate of £10.75 for low income families, please contact Mia regarding eligibility.
Please note, there is a £50 registration fee.
Holiday Play Scheme
Short Day: From 10:00am – 3:30pm | £30
Short Day & Breakfast: From 8:00am – 3:30pm | £37.50
Short Day & Dinner: From 10:00am – 5:30pm | £35
Long Day: 8:00am – 5:30pm | £43.50
Reduced Rates
Short Day: From 10:00am – 3:30pm | £15
Short Day & Breakfast: From 8:00am – 3:30pm | £20
Short Day & Dinner: From 10:00am – 5:30pm | £20
Long Day: 8:00am – 5:30pm | £25

Invoicing and Payment Methods
Invoices are sent on a monthly basis, a month in advance (for example, September invoices are sent in August). These are emailed and are also available in the Famly app.
Ways to pay:
- Through your child’s Tax Free Childcare Account. Search for “Tarner Community Project” when setting up a new payment. Then email your child’s TFC reference number to finance@tarner.org.uk This helps us reconcile payments accurately.
- Through the Childcare Grant Payment Service (where parents / carers are students)
- Through the Famly App. Click on the person icon in the bottom right corner and then click on “Balance”. You can also set up automatic payments.
- Via Bank Transfer. Our Bank details are included on invoices.
- Workplace Childcare Vouchers. We currently accept:

- EdenRed
- Gemelli Solutions
- Reward Gateway
- Sodexo
If your employer offers vouchers through a provider not listed, please get in touch and we will get set up with them.
